Agreement Overview
These terms govern the subscription agreement between TSO Services Pty Ltd, trading as Mintrix Business Advisory (“Mintrix”), and the Client. By subscribing to our business advisory services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

Fees and Charges
Mintrix offers structured pricing for recruitment and ongoing VA support:
Recruitment Fee: $1,250 + GST (One-Time Payment)
Monthly Support Fee: $450 + GST per month (Minimum 12-Month Commitment)
Payment & Scheduling Policies
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared business and candidate information. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Termination
This agreement operates on a minimum 12-month basis. If the Client wishes to terminate the agreement within the first 12 months, they must pay a termination fee equivalent to the remaining term. For example, if 6 months remain, the Client must pay $450 + GST x 6 months to exit the contract. After 12 months, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No termination fees apply beyond this period. The confidentiality clause remains binding even after termination.
General Conditions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Mintrix and the Client, superseding all prior agreements. Mintrix disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from recruitment or advisory services. While Mintrix aims to provide successful outcomes, the Client retains full responsibility for all hiring and management decisions.
