Agreement Overview
These terms govern the subscription agreement between TSO Services Pty Ltd, trading as Mintrix Business Advisory (“Mintrix”), and the Client. By subscribing to our business advisory services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

Fees and Charges
Mintrix Business Advisory offers flexible subscription plans to suit your business needs:
Subscription Plans
Starter: $450 + GST per month
Includes a 1-hour video consultation per month with tailored advisory support.
Bronze: $1,250 + GST per month
Includes 1 x 2-hour in person or video consultations per month with in-depth advisory support.
Silver: $1,950 + GST per month
Includes 2 x 2-hour in person or video consultations per month plus additional business resources and strategy development.
Gold: $3,250 + GST per month
Includes 4 x 2-hour in person or video consultations per month, priority support, customised business strategy sessions, and ongoing implementation support.
Payment & Scheduling Policies
Billing Cycle: Payments are processed monthly on a recurring basis via the credit card provided.
Meeting Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a $100 + GST administrative fee.
Meeting Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule, and the meeting must be held on the next available business day.
Minimum Term: A 3-month minimum commitment applies to ensure effective strategy implementation and measurable results.
Confidentiality
It is understood that confidential information will be shared by both parties whilst working together. All parties to this agreement agree that Information from either of us must remain confidential and at no time will we pass any of this information to any third party without the prior knowledge and approval of those signing this agreement.
Termination
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. No termination fees apply. The confidentiality clause remains binding even after the termination of this agreement.
General Conditions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Mintrix and the Client, merging all prior agreements into this single document. Mintrix disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred as a result of advice provided. While Mintrix endeavours to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes, the Client retains ultimate responsibility for all business decisions.
